Refund policy

1. Return & Refund Timeframe

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

Because we work with exclusive partners to fulfill orders, we prioritize replacements and refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We offer free replacements or full refunds if:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken.
  • The wrong item was received (size, color, or product).
  • The item was lost in transit (confirmed by the tracking number).

We generally do NOT offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind (e.g., "I decided I don't want it anymore").
  • Clothing items that do not fit (please check our size charts carefully before ordering).
  • Sale items or gift cards.

3. How to Start a Request

To start a return or refund request, please contact us at contact.fovee@gmail.com .

Important: Do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer on the shipping label. This will delay your refund. Please email us first so we can provide the correct instructions.

To fast-track your resolution, please include the following in your email:

  1. Your Order Number (e.g., #1234).
  2. A clear photo or video of the damage/issue (This is required for us to process the claim with our warehouse).

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 30 days) with photo evidence. We will evaluate the issue and send out a free replacement or issue a full refund right away.

5. Refunds Process

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually 5–10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped by our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately. Once the order is in transit, we cannot cancel it.
